AfterSchool

They re-invented the funnel for AfterSchool and achieved 50%+ conversation rate to generate the leads by the content hook. By looking at the data, they realized the leads can't be converted into paid users directly. Instead, the web should be optimized to convert the leads to free users first.

Chicks 雞仔嘜

They successfully implemented the O2O tactics and achieved $25k+ revenue by driving mum subscribers to offline stores to redeem the coupons with only $2k budget. They learnt to optimize landing page, A/B testing and using pain-point copy to improve the conversion.

Cook 1 Cook

To sell pricey & unpopular equipment, the team leveraged various marketing tech & tactics incl. heatmap analytics, landing page A/B testing, UTM, user segmentation & marketing automation etc to achieve $18k revenue with just $4k budget. ROAS is high at 450%.

Longevity Design House

The team leveraged lead magnet (e-book) strategy to drive qualified leads via various paid ad channels. They generated 7 quality leads (with immediate need & budget filled) with only $4k ad budget. 2 leads were converted into a total of $1m revenue, which means a 250x ROAS.

Swag Hair

While Swag Hair is popular among the male, it wanna explore the female market. After many rounds of testing, the team discovered the winning way of acquiring the new audience for this no. 1 hair community in HK: Using stories AD to acquire 157 subscribers in just 18 hours with content hook.

Time Auction

Time Auction is testing a new biz model in this bootcamp: To allow people to dinner with celebrity by making a donation. They learnt to leveraging the unique story of the celebrity and successfully got $16k donation by $4k ad budget within only 3 weeks.

How to apply?>  To join, you should fill this online form first. We will then invite you to do a phone interview. We hope to identify people with commitment to learn so they can achieve great learning outcome without failing any teammate on the team project.

What is the payment method?>  Once you have passed our interview, we will send you a payment instruction.

What if I can't attend the lesson? Can I watch the content online?> If you can't attend, you must study the notes (or the video recording) to catch up

What's the language? > Cantonese will be the major language.

Do you provide a certificate after I successfully graduate from the bootcamp?  >  Yes, we will provide a certificate to confirm the status if the student has successfully completed and passed the bootcamp.
