F.A.Q

I have 0 experience in digital marketing and I have no idea what ROAS or conversation rate mean. Can I still apply?

Of course you can! Some of our alumni don’t come from a digital marketing background but still made successful career changes after completing the bootcamp. Do keep in mind that you will have to put in more effort than others and embrace the heavy use of martech tools once you finish the project, you will have a marketing portfolio to demonstrate your skill to potential employers! If you are determined and willing to work hard, you are ready to join! 

I am an experienced marketer. What can I learn from the Bootcamp?

Our bootcamp covers multi-channels marketing and hands-on practice, taking experienced marketers’ career growth to the next level. If you’re only familiar with 1-2 martech tools, you will gain comprehensive  knowledge of the  full marketing funnel to further advance your career. If you happen to be  a marketing manager who lacks first-hand experience using martech tools, the massive hands-on practice in our bootcamp will help you better manage your team or digital marketing agency to achieve better results.

I have no experience in running marketing projects, will I be able to do a good job?

Unlike conventional marketing courses, you and your teammates will have the rare opportunity to receive guidance from a seasoned growth marketing mentor. Your mentor will offer consultation time to help you execute and optimize your project. 

The bootcamp doesn’t seem easy. What if I have difficulty understanding?

We offer an exclusive Facebook group for students to raise questions. Our experienced trainers & teaching assistants will help answer your questions and ensure you can keep up with the class.

Anything I need to prepare before attending bootcamp?

Not much. You can quickly go through our alumni story to get a basic understanding of the bootcamp. You do need to prepare an additional budget of $890 (max) in the 1st class to cover for the marketing tools & Ad spends of your team project. The money won’t go through GMA since your team will be managing it. Be ready to get your hands dirty! 

Why do I have to book a call with a consultant first? Can’t I just enroll?

Our 12-week bootcamp offers not only heavy loaded courses but also execution of a real-world project. We want to talk to you first to ensure you are fully aware of the time and effort you will be dedicating for the following months. If you are a marketer with experience, this call is to help you assess how much our curriculum overlaps with your current knowledge. Once we ensure the bootcamp is in your best interest, we will assist you with the enrollment process.

Can I cancel the enrollment & ask for a refund after the bootcamp starts?

If you believe this bootcamp is not what you need, please make a request by the end of the 3rd class for us to give you a 50% unconditional refund. Do note that you must complete the first 3 lessons and finish all the assignments to be eligible. 

Can I take personal leave during the bootcamp?

We value participation and don’t want you to miss anything. If you are truly unable to show up for class, please study the notes, slides, and class recordings to ensure you don’t fall behind.

What languages will be used in class?

Classes will be conducted in Cantonese while slides and materials will be in English.
